Instead of manufacturing and distributing Palcohol ourselves, we have decided to license the secret manufacturing process to a representative in each country. We believe that Palcohol’s potential can be best realized by a person / company in the country that is familiar with the liquor laws and distribution systems.
The representative will be responsible for obtaining all permits and licensing in the country. The representative will have the rights to both the consumer and industrial applications to maximize sales. There are a multitude of possibilities to sell Palcohol to consumers and businesses.
While we did not invent powdered alcohol, we were the first to develop a cost effective and commercially viable way to manufacture it. We were also the first, and so far the only company to get powdered alcohol approved in the United States.
Our manufacturing process can produce the equivalent of one mixed drink for just pennies a bag without using any costly custom equipment. In fact, you could spend under $10,000 USD for equipment and have the capacity to produce 500,000 drinks a month!
A new alcohol product rarely comes to the market so this is a once-in-a-lifetime business opportunity with amazing profit potential.
Questions and Answers:
How much does it cost to be a representative?
$10,000 per country.
How can I be sure that powdered alcohol is real?
Palcohol was tested and approved as powdered alcohol by the United States Alcohol Laboratory and the Federal Drug Administration reviewed it and found it to be safe for consumption. The Tax and Trade Bureau of the United States has approved Palcohol for sale as powdered alcohol in the United States. The official approvals are HERE and you're also welcome to search the TTB Cola database.
If you still have doubts, we’ll be happy to submit a sample to an independent lab for testing at a cost of $500 per sample.
We will provide the winning bidders with the formula to make powdered alcohol. The formula can be adjusted to make different strengths. For instance, our approved formulation in the United States is 55% alcohol by weight which equates to about 66% alcohol by volume, quite a bit higher than the usual 40% alcohol by volume for most distilled spirits. Palcohol can be made stronger for applications like alternative fuel, protecting hydraulic lines from freezing and as an additive in windshield wiper fluid, etc. It can be adjusted for different types of antiseptic. Or with a lower alcohol content as an additive to ice cream, cupcakes, etc. The formula and manufacturing process will allow you to adjust the alcohol as needed.
Can I sample the product before becoming a representative?
Yes, however we do not send samples. You may come to Scottsdale, Arizona and we will allow you to sample it in a conference room, not at our manufacturing facility. The cost is $100 per sample which is enough to make one drink. You will not be able to run any tests on the samples or take any samples with you.

How do I receive the manufacturing process?
The information is sent by email.
If I am a representative, how can I stop others from selling powdered alcohol in the country?
You cannot stop someone else from selling powdered alcohol in your country but so far, no one has ever figured out how to make it so affordably and with the quality that we produce so you will have a great advantage. And only the Palcohol representative is authorized to use the term Palcohol.
Will I receive any intellectual property like a patent or a trademark?
No. Regarding a patent, we have decided not to pursue a patent as it would make the formula public. Instead, we have opted to keep it a trade secret. While Palcohol is trademarked in many countries, you will not receive a trademark for Palcohol but the representative will receive the right to use the term Palcohol in their country.
Are there any other fees that I have to pay to you other than the $10,000, like royalties?
No. There are no royalties or any other fees paid besides the $10,000.
How much money can be made from selling Palcohol?
We believe that powdered alcohol offers a tremendous money making opportunity for the following reasons:
1. There is no powdered alcohol currently on the market. That means you could have a monopoly on the product!
2. The demand for the product is very high. Not just for consumers but for the industrial applications also. There are so many potential applications for the product that there are a multitude of different revenue streams.
3. The cost to produce it is very low.
Following are some revenue and expense projections. Every effort has been made to accurately represent this product and its potential. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.
Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on the time you devote to the business, your finances, country laws and permits required, knowledge and various skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals and countries, we cannot guarantee your success. Nor are we responsible for any of your actions.
In the examples below, all money will be in U.S. dollars. Even though there are many applications for Palcohol, the estimates below are based on just selling individual packets to consumers.
Palcohol currently has five versions for the consumer, Vodka, Rum and three cocktail versions - Cosmopolitan, Lemon Drop and Margarita. You can add or subtract versions depending on the preferences in your country. We had in mind selling them in a foil pouch that equals one drink or one shot of vodka or rum.
A survey done in the United States found that 80% of people who drink alcohol want to buy Palcohol and the average numbers of packets they said they would buy is three to try the different versions.
In the United States, we decided on charging the consumer $4.99/packet. That is less than most mix drinks cost in a bar plus the added convenience of portability.
We can’t estimate your costs in each country for a warehouse, licensing, labor, etc. but we can make pretty good estimates on the manufacturing itself. The cost to produce Palcohol here, including the raw materials and labor, is under $.10 per drink. No costly custom equipment is needed. In fact, you could spend under $10,000 USD for equipment and have the capacity to produce 500,000 drinks a month!
Let’s look at the income potential for a medium size country like Belarus, a country with a population of 9,491,000. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there are 7,600,000 people who drink alcohol in Belarus. If 80% of the people who drink, buy three packets of Palcohol at $4.99, that would be over $91,000,000 in sales. Wow, that’s a lot of money.
But let’s really lower the estimate and say only 10% of the drinkers will buy one packet at $4.99. That would still be over $3,700,000 in retail sales and with a cost of production of only around $76,000, you can see the profit potential. No matter how conservative your sales and selling price projections are for your country, a Palcohol producer should be profitable very quickly and then the potential is endless!
Do I need special training to produce Palcohol?
No but you will need someone on your team who is competent at chemistry. We provide a very clear process that someone with a chemistry background can easily implement.
